Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Amicopa. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Amicopa.
Amicopa ("Amicopa", "we", "us") is operated by Zerebro LLC, 30 N. Gould St. Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions: hi@amicopa.com. Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
1. License to use Amicopa
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Amicopa on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer ownership of the app to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Amicopa. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us.
3. Your account
You can use Amicopa anonymously, or save your account with an email so your subscription and AI credits carry across devices and reinstalls. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal
Amicopa offers Amicopa Pro as an auto-renewable subscription, and consumable AI credits that you can buy as needed. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
- The title, duration, and price of each subscription are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- AI credits are a consumable, one-time purchase. They are consumed as you use AI features and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to future billing periods, and where required we will give you advance notice and the chance to cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds for store purchases are handled under the applicable Apple or Google policies. We do not separately process store refunds.
5. AI features
Amicopa uses artificial intelligence to draft messages and build "personas." AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you intended. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it, and for how you use it. Amicopa does not send messages on your behalf without your action, and AI suggestions are not professional advice of any kind.
You keep ownership of the content you create or submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your content is not used to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Amicopa for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purpose, or to send spam;
- submit content you have no right to submit, or that infringes others' rights or privacy;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our backend, or other users' accounts;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or AI credits.
7. Intellectual property
Amicopa, including its software, design, "Ami" mascot, name, and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the app, not any ownership of it.
8. Third-party services
Amicopa relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenRouter and its model providers, and Cloudflare) to operate. Your use of the app through the App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms' terms.
9. Disclaimers
Amicopa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Amicopa. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using Amicopa at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use Amicopa after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
14. Apple App Store — additional terms
If you obtained Amicopa from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Zerebro LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Any support questions should be directed to hi@amicopa.com.
- To the extent the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty and you obtained it from the App Store, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims are our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

1. Licencia de uso de Amicopa
Sujeto a estos Términos, te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para descargar y usar Amicopa en cualquier dispositivo Apple o Android que poseas o controles, para tu uso personal y no comercial. Esta licencia no te transfiere la propiedad de la app, y todos los derechos no otorgados expresamente quedan reservados.
2. Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 16 años para usar Amicopa. Al usar la app confirmas que cumples este requisito y que puedes celebrar un contrato vinculante con nosotros.
3. Tu cuenta
Puedes usar Amicopa de forma anónima, o guardar tu cuenta con un correo para que tu suscripción y créditos de IA se conserven entre dispositivos y reinstalaciones. Eres responsable de la exactitud del correo que proporcionas y de la actividad que ocurra en tu cuenta.
4. Suscripciones, facturación y renovación automática
Amicopa ofrece Amicopa Pro como suscripción de renovación automática, y créditos de IA consumibles que puedes comprar cuando los necesites. Las compras las procesan la App Store de Apple o Google Play, no nosotros directamente.
- El tÃtulo, la duración y el precio de cada suscripción se muestran en la pantalla de compra antes de que confirmes. El pago se cobra a tu Apple ID o cuenta de Google al confirmar la compra.
- Tu suscripción se renueva automáticamente al precio vigente por el mismo perÃodo, salvo que desactives la renovación automática al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el perÃodo actual. El cobro de la renovación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas previas al fin del perÃodo.
- Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción, y desactivar la renovación automática, en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play en cualquier momento. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras; no reembolsa retroactivamente el perÃodo actual.
- Los créditos de IA son una compra consumible de un solo uso. Se consumen al usar las funciones de IA y no son reembolsables salvo que la ley lo exija.
- Podemos cambiar los precios de suscripción. Cualquier cambio aplica a perÃodos de facturación futuros y, cuando se requiera, te avisaremos con antelación y podrás cancelar antes de que entre en vigor.
- Los reembolsos de compras en las tiendas se rigen por las polÃticas de Apple o Google aplicables. No procesamos reembolsos de tienda por separado.
5. Funciones de IA
Amicopa usa inteligencia artificial para redactar mensajes y crear "perfiles". El resultado de la IA puede ser inexacto, incompleto o no ser lo que pretendÃas. Eres responsable de revisar cualquier contenido antes de enviarlo y del uso que le des. Amicopa no envÃa mensajes por ti sin tu acción, y las sugerencias de IA no constituyen asesoramiento profesional de ningún tipo.
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que creas o envÃas. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar ese contenido únicamente para prestar las funciones que solicitas, según se describe en nuestra PolÃtica de Privacidad. Tu contenido no se usa para entrenar modelos de IA.
6. Uso aceptable
Aceptas no:
- usar Amicopa con fines ilÃcitos, dañinos, de acoso o abuso, ni para enviar spam;
- enviar contenido que no tengas derecho a enviar, o que infrinja los derechos o la privacidad de terceros;
- intentar realizar ingenierÃa inversa, descompilar o extraer el código fuente de la app, salvo donde la ley prohÃba esa restricción;
- interferir, sobrecargar o intentar acceder sin autorización a la app, a nuestro backend o a las cuentas de otros usuarios;
- revender, sublicenciar o explotar comercialmente la app o los créditos de IA.
7. Propiedad intelectual
Amicopa, incluidos su software, diseño, la mascota "Ami", el nombre y los logotipos, es de nuestra propiedad y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Estos Términos te otorgan una licencia de uso de la app, no su propiedad.
8. Servicios de terceros
Amicopa depende de servicios de terceros (como Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenRouter y sus proveedores de modelos, y Cloudflare) para funcionar. Tu uso de la app a través de la App Store o Google Play también está sujeto a los términos de esas plataformas.
9. Renuncias de garantÃa
Amicopa se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantÃas de ningún tipo, expresas o implÃcitas, incluidas las de idoneidad para un fin particular, comerciabilidad, no infracción, o de que la app funcionará sin interrupciones o errores, o de que el resultado de la IA será exacto. Usas la app bajo tu propio criterio y riesgo.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni de la pérdida de datos, reputación o beneficios, derivados de tu uso (o imposibilidad de uso) de Amicopa. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación relativa a la app no excederá el importe que nos hayas pagado por ella en los 12 meses previos a la reclamación, o USD 50, lo que sea mayor. Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten ciertas limitaciones, por lo que algunas podrÃan no aplicarte.
11. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar Amicopa en cualquier momento y eliminar la app. Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos o haces mal uso del servicio. Las secciones que por su naturaleza deban subsistir (como propiedad intelectual, renuncias de garantÃa y limitación de responsabilidad) subsistirán.
12. Cambios en estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Cambiaremos la fecha de "Última actualización" y, ante cambios importantes, daremos un aviso más visible en la app o por correo. Seguir usando Amicopa tras un cambio significa que aceptas los Términos actualizados.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes, salvo donde apliquen leyes imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu paÃs de residencia.
14. App Store de Apple — términos adicionales
Si obtuviste Amicopa en la App Store de Apple, también aplica lo siguiente:
- Estos Términos son únicamente entre tú y Zerebro LLC, no con Apple. Apple no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido.
- Tu licencia de uso se limita a los dispositivos de marca Apple que poseas o controles, según las Reglas de Uso de la App Store.
- Apple no tiene obligación de prestar mantenimiento ni soporte para la app. Cualquier consulta de soporte debe dirigirse a hi@amicopa.com.
- Si la app no cumple una garantÃa aplicable y la obtuviste en la App Store, puedes notificar a Apple y Apple reembolsará el precio de compra (si lo hubo); Apple no tiene otra obligación de garantÃa, y cualquier otra reclamación es nuestra responsabilidad, no de Apple.
- Apple no es responsable de atender reclamaciones relativas a la app, incluidas las de responsabilidad por producto, legales/regulatorias o de propiedad intelectual.
- Declaras que no te encuentras en un paÃs sujeto a embargo del Gobierno de EE. UU. o designado como "de apoyo al terrorismo", y que no figuras en ninguna lista de partes prohibidas del Gobierno de EE. UU.
- Apple y sus filiales son beneficiarios terceros de estos Términos y pueden hacerlos valer frente a ti.
